We recruit, screen, on-board, train, and manage event staff. We oversee all paperwork, including insurance and tax forms, and payments. We can also manage them on-site and liaison with clients, sponsors and VIPs.

WOMG recruited, trained, and managed all staff roles, as well as created a training manual within 24 hours of the event. WOMG staff were used for onsite registration, VIP Check-in, merchandise sales, directional support, sponsored activations and product stocking, casting support, and several other roles.
